Who is The Challenge For?
Anyone who wants to lose weight and inches whether you have 50 pounds to lose or 5 pounds. Or anyone who just wants to get their body smiling again. Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Not suitable for Vegans or Vegetarians.
What If I Have A Busy Schedule?
I get it. We are modern day women and we’re busy. Life happens and maybe it’s more than just your work schedule changing weekly - this is no problem. All workouts can be done at home or outdoors (No gym necessary!) in 30-40 minutes. I tell you what to eat and when to eat it. No more guesswork or confusion at the grocery store or in the kitchen.
What Will Be Required Of Me?
- Follow the nutrition plan. I’ll teach you how to meal prep and give you guidance on what to buy and eat every step of the way.
- Do the weekly workouts. They are short, sweet, and scale in intensity for every fitness level.
- Check in with me once per week. Tracking your progress helps keep you accountable and motivated.
- Follow along in the FaceBook group. And if you are comfortable, share your experiences too!
I Don’t Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Do The Challenge?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some just want the extra accountability and online community environment.
What Are The Meals Like?
Your Nutrition includes a real, whole-foods based meal plan and has tons of substitution options so you eat the foods YOU like to eat. If it comes out of a box, you’re probably not going to find it on the grocery list. Great nutrition is the foundation of great results.
What Are The Workouts Like?
We will focus on movement quality, strength and lots of activity with little rest. Don’t worry the workout can be scaled to your fitness level. The workouts are provided in video format making it easy to learn how to perform every exercise!
